Summary Plan Description (SPD) Wrap Document Preparation
Most employers, regardless of their size or number of employees must have an SPD to comply with ERISA. The SPD is a document that participants are entitled to receive automatically when they become a participant of an ERISA benefit plan. The SPD is used to communicate plan benefits and eligibility rules as well as to tell participants how the plan operates.

Health & Welfare Form 5500 Preparation
If you are an employer with 100 or more plan participants, you are required to file the Form 5500 following the close of each plan year.
